What does an AI integration engagement cost?

Every engagement starts with a scoped operational sprint on one consequential workflow, priced as a fixed, defined deliverable rather than open-ended consulting hours. How long does it take to get an AI system into production?

We deploy one consequential workflow at a time through three stages: an operational sprint to map the workflow and quantify the value at stake, a custom evaluation suite that encodes your edge cases and approval rules, and a governed integration into your existing systems. The discovery sprint is measured in weeks, not quarters, and produces a concrete deployment blueprint with its own timeline. Production release is gated by evidence — the system ships when it passes your eval suite, not on a calendar date.

Which ERP and MES systems do you support?

Our architecture is system-agnostic. We integrate through the APIs, export surfaces, and integration points your ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, and QMS platforms already expose, along with files, email, and operator workflows. If a system has an API or a structured export path, we can typically connect to it — and we never require you to migrate off the platforms already carrying your business.

Does our plant data leave the building?

Data access is scoped and governed per engagement. We are model-agnostic — including support for self-hosted and open-source models — so the intelligence layer can be matched to your data residency and confidentiality requirements. Every deployment runs inside a control plane with defined permissions, human approval gates, audit logs, and traceability, so you can see exactly what data each system touches and what actions it takes.

How is a custom eval suite different from a demo?

A demo shows the happy path on clean inputs. A custom eval suite encodes your real edge cases, tolerances, approval rules, and failure modes into a repeatable evidence layer, and every release is measured against it before autonomy increases. Low-confidence paths route to people, failures become new evals, and the release gate is objective. Autonomy is earned by evidence, not asserted by a sales deck.

Do we need to replace or migrate our existing systems?

No. Zero migration is a core architectural principle. We build a controlled intelligence layer around your existing systems of record — ERP, MES, CRM, QMS, files, and email — connecting models, data, and human approvals without destabilizing the platforms and teams already carrying the operation.

What is forward-deployed AI engineering?

Forward-deployed engineers work embedded with your operational team rather than from a remote roadmap. They walk the floor, interview operators, trace the actual decision path, and translate business context, physical constraints, and software into a production system. The engineer who observes the workflow is the same one accountable for building, validating, and releasing it.
